You know this machine better than we do. So rather than guess at a number, here is exactly what gets looked at and what each one does to the offer.
Mast and chains
Raised to full height and back down, watching for a stage that sticks or a channel that has worn a step in it. Chain stretch gets measured rather than eyeballed, and the anchor pins get a look.
What it changes: Chains and rollers are a routine, quotable job. A bent or twisted mast is a hard no rather than a deduction.
All of it is graded against the same written standard for every forklift, and those grades feed a price built from realised auction results. It is also why telling us about a fault up front costs you nothing: it is priced in either way, and finding it at pickup is what changes an offer.
